"Hi Minna-
Thanks for your enquiry about our XXXXX Guesthouse in Sea Point/CapeTown.
Referring to your questions I can say that we do work together with a few agencies, mainly from Germany and South Africa and the Netherlands.

We did have 2 different Swedish travel agencies as well in the beginning of our business (one of them based here in CapeTown), but unfortunately our experiences with them – and also their experiences with us, of course – made us decide not to cooperate with any other Swedish agencies anymore. I know that this sounds horrible (and might not be justified or even fair at all) and I definitely do not intend to be impolite and say that all Swedish agencies might work like the ones we had bad experiences with, and I do have to apologize for this possible impression, but somehow we have to find our own way and stay to the way we like to do our business. I just believe that our “own strange way” does not really fit into the Swedish world…

Sorry again
And best regards out of an awfully rainy CapeTown right now"
